For Thermocouple Diameter 1.0 mm
Model GW11 Features:
- Wire loop is fabricated from > 77% Nickel and 20 ± 1% Chromium
- The dimensions of the glow wire loop are compliant with IEC 60695-2-10:2013, Figure 1
- The Diameter of the glow wire loop is 4 mm ± .07 mm (before bending)
- The tips are Mirror Polished to enable easier cleaning
- The hole diameter is 1.1 mm in order to fit a 1.0 mm diameter thermocouple
- Each glow wire loop is pre-annealed in a protective atmosphere for more than 10 hours. This
saves valuable time for the test engineer when annealing the glow wire loop. Tests then can be
immediately performed - The glow wire loops are easily replaceable
- Each glow wire loop is engraved with a unique serial number to ensure its traceability and
certified ISO 17025:2017 calibration
