Methenamine Tablets -- Model FP100
The Methenamine tablets are used for controlled flammability testing of materials as specified in standards. It is a white 6.35mm (¼ inch) tablet beveled and compressed. The package contains 100 tablets. Nominal weight per tablet is 149mg giving a normal burning time of 130 seconds under standard conditions as required by the standards. The tablet is approved by UL and used by upholstering and furniture associations. Chemical name is Hexamethylenetetramine and material safety data sheets (MSDS) are supplied with the tablets.
